How To Find Us The Day Of The Excursion?
Town Center, Coxen Hole Port We meet you Outside of Port of Roatan, Through gate #1, Our staff will be there waiting for you with our sign and uniform. You can also ask someone for ALPHA TOURS ROATAN. Meeting Time: 45 minutes after the cruise arrives to the island.
Mahogany Bay Port. When you get off from the ship walk up through the shopping area, pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. You will see the taxis terminal there is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. If anyone have wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. Note: It is the same route for all the people who take local tours. Once you be down the hill only ask for ALPHA TOURS ROATAN, we will be there waiting for you. Meeting Time: 45 minutes after the cruise arrives to the island.
REFUND POLICY
We inform all our customers that our cancellation policies are as follows: 1- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the day of the excursion. Only then can we provide a full refund of your payment or deposit. 2- If the cruise is unable to dock at the port due to weather conditions, we will provide a full refund of your deposit or payment. 3- If you cancel the excursion on the same day as the excursion, we will not provide any refund, unless it is due to health reasons, which must be verified with a medical certificate. 4- To process your refund, you must send us the name and email address of the person who made the payment or deposit, as well as the date the payment or deposit was made.
